Returns & Refunds policy
At The Legacy Label, we offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please note that jackets are non-returnable, as they are custom-made and produced on special order. Kindly ensure you select the correct size before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
